Goncalo Guedes strike at the 60th minute of the game ensured the better team,portugal,win the first ever UEFA nations league trophy.
The Portugal's team captain, Christiano Ronaldo, was all smiles as he lifted his second trophy with his national team. The first being the euro 2016.
England also sealed their third place in the tournament against Switzerland,the match which went down hours before the final after a disappointing loss to Netherlands in the semis.
